If you can’t find an existing old house you love, but you’ve found a public domain “stock plan” from an old plan book and you want to build it, those companies don’t exist to sell those plans anymore, but I can use the limited information in those books as a “story starter” to draw full construction documents to meet current codes and modern living standards. If you have a burning design question on a small-scale project and you just need a bit of architectural advice, this service is tailored for you. For projects within 20 miles of downtown Tulsa, I can meet you at your house/project for 1 to 1.5 hours, see in person what you are struggling with, discuss your options, and give you some creative solutions. If you don’t live within the Tulsa Metro, I offer a “virtual” option where we spend an hour together on Zoom and you can walk me around your house (technology is great!), or show me photos/sketches, or we can just discuss your ideas/issues and come up with some creative solutions. Both virtual and local options come with an additional hour of “office time” after our meeting and a few days later I will email you a sketch or a written summary of the ideas we discussed.
